Good friends, good food, good day

In the morning we relaxed and read 😌🤓

For lunch, we had Risotto Milanese cooked by the moms of the family, very delicious with 3 different types of cheese 🧀🍽

Then we went to the cinema and watched the new 'Thor - Love and Thunder' in English. We invited our two tour guides (Kevin and Grace) as they have been so nice to us. The nachos are not as fancy as ours and the popcorn is usually salted, not so nice but okay 🤦🏼‍♀️🍿📽

Then we briefly visited the castle of Brescia, there wasn't much to see except a wide view of the city 🏰

After a short nap, because we were (probably because of the heat) so exhausted, we went to the big family dinner. An uncle has his birthday tomorrow and since today is Sunday, we already celebrated 🥳

We went to a pizzeria that baked pizzas for 23 people in about 10 minutes. Why does it always take so long for us? 😂

The pizza was very delicious, thin and crispy. First pizza in Italy ✅️🍕 Then we had birthday cake, a serenade and ice cream 🎂🎵🍦 The ice cream is so cheap. 2 scoops for €2.50, 3 for €3 and you can buy a mixed kilo for €21. Dreamy 😍

Then we drove in the party mini to a bar where we met Kevin's friends. When we got home, we decided to quickly jump in the pool. Of course, quietly so as not to wake anyone. It was a great way to end this weekend 😍😇

Now we are going to sleep (only possible with the air conditioning running) and tomorrow we are heading towards Parma. Speaking so much English is definitely confusing my head, and that's after only two days 🤦🏼‍♀️
