We arrived in Perth in the early afternoon and checked into the apartment. And it was a really awesome place. This was definitely the perfect spot for New Year's Eve and recovering from the hangover.
Our ApartmentAnd then the party started. And what can I say? It was a wild night. During the pre-party, we cooked kangaroo steak with noodles in cheese sauce. We also tried the 2012 vintage 'Oranje Tractor' late harvest wine. At that time, things were still relatively civil.

Mustang Bar On New Year's Day, we had a few recovery cocktails and grilled the remaining meat before heading north on January 2nd. The weather forecast predicted 42 degrees for the following days.
