Vulkan Irazu & San Gerardo

Hello everyone!

We have now arrived in Manuel Antonio and have a somewhat functional internet connection again :D.

Previously, we spent some time in a beautiful hotel in San Gerardo de Dota. In this valley, you can sometimes spot a Quetzal (King of Birds) with some luck. We mostly spent our time taking leisurely walks and enjoying relaxing afternoons of reading. The weather was fantastic, with temperatures around 20 degrees Celsius and a strong sun. In the evenings, we even had to heat our hut as the temperatures dropped to 4 degrees Celsius.

On our way to San Gerardo de Dota, we also visited the crater of the Irazu volcano.
