Quad tour to Nosara

To not just lazily lie on the beach on the weekend, the four of us Swiss decided to go on a quad tour. Not everything went according to plan...

We waited for about 1.5 hours at the quad rental before we could start our tour. Well, that cost us some nerves.

The drive went smoothly, thankfully. It was hot because the midday sun was scorching ☀️

We took a break at Playa Guiones to cool off in the ocean 🌊 - a rather secluded and deserted beach, but beautiful.

We continued to Nosara for lunch 🥪. Since we were so hungry and didn't want to drive too far, we ended up at a fancy hotel with a restaurant. We felt a bit out of place because we were covered in sweat and sand/dirt from head to toe 😂 The food was delicious, and after re-energizing, we made our way back.

Since we didn't have much time left, we only made a short stop at Playa Garza. A beautiful beach 🏖️

On the way to Samara, with a quick stop at the gas station, we were stopped by the police control. Of course, not everything was fine 🙄 Our quad was missing the road permit sticker, great. But the situation was resolved quickly, and we were allowed to drive home.

Conclusion: An unforgettable day where almost nothing went as planned. But we had fun ☺️
