Bangkok 3.0 and we still hate it here because of the chaos, heat, and dirt. However, we have less problems with transportation now and were able to do a very detailed shopping tour in Chatuchak Market, visit the Grand Palace, and prepare for our return/continued flight.
We were lucky to celebrate Chinese New Year in Chinatown. There was an incredible amount of street food, especially delicious shrimp dumplings, and a lot of pig merchandise as 2019 is the Year of the Pig. That was super interesting and a cool way to end. However, we didn't see any fortune cookies:(.
It is quite interesting to eat at the same restaurants as on the very first day. You can tell how much you have experienced and that you already know your way around a bit more.
We're done with Thailand for a while now, but I will definitely come back to Southeast Asia soon!
Now I'm looking forward to Berlin because after such a long time, you somehow miss a few things already:)
PS the airplane selfies are actually only there to break the 1000 photo mark on the blog, but it wasn't enough://
