Arrived

Hello, after our departure on September 4, 2024, from home via Münster by train to Frankfurt/Airport, we finally boarded the flight to Johannesburg at 10:00 PM. Christoph kindly reserved Business Class with his miles.

From Johannesburg, after a brief stop, we continued to Windhoek. After a 2-hour flight, we finally arrived....

Then it was time to pick up the car. After some formalities and setting up the SIM card (1 hour), we could finally get the navigation to work. We then headed towards Otjiwarongo to the Frans Indongo Lodge. After about a 350 km drive and a quick shopping stop, we finally arrived after 4 hours.

Warmly welcomed, a quick shower, and a delicious steak for dinner... then exhausted, we fell into bed and slept like logs.
