16.05.2023 Coastal Tour

Last night there were thunderstorms and rain again. every now and then we catch a glimpse through the clouds of Mount Etna and see that it has received a lot of snow. The mountain weather is still borderline. There are showers again and again, which reach us down in the valley. So we plan a coastal tour with points that our landlady has written down for us. First, we drive to Catania and from there along the coast via Aci Castello, Aci Trezza, etc. - one highlight after another comes before our eyes - I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. Top weather is forecast for tomorrow - so we are preparing for the summit ascent.
