And then something for the adrenaline rush...

That's why we took the detour! We wanted to go to the award-winning amusement park. However, initially I actually believed in groundbreaking attractions - that turned out to be a mistake. It was roller coasters, slides, laser tag, lots of jolting, upside down through the air, racing through the desert and through canyons... 3D, 4D and very fast. We had fun and the day flew by - we were busy from 10 am to 9:30 pm. I would never have believed that. By the way, we were by no means the oldest adrenaline junkies; there were hardly any children there - the holidays are over. And since the weather wasn't particularly good, I assume we also had very short waiting times. I wouldn't want to be here during peak season.

Oh yeah... we also visited Poitiers and found it worth seeing. We really liked the Baptist Church from the 11th century, but there was also a lot to see in the cathedral. But all of that pales a little compared to the 4D spectacle... :-)
