Tag 57 and 58 Sunday, February 28, 2016 Trat

So my friends, we made it to Thailand and that means we're on target. Specifically, we're here in Trat, and it's the first time I've made a stop here. It was necessary because we arrived here at around 6 PM and unfortunately, there is no ferry available for us at this time.

But that's not so bad because I can finally make a hair appointment here, it was desperately needed. And there's also one of those good food markets here. Available here are soups, rice-meat dishes, fruits, things I don't know, things I don't want, pancakes, drinks, and so on...

In the evening, we were driven by the nice owner out of the city to the beautiful Pop Riverside Resort.

We were the only guests there, wow, it was amazing to have this peace right by a lake. I even decided to sleep outside by the lake on a Hollywood swing in this nightly heat. Unfortunately, the mosquitoes didn't allow me to sleep later in the night, so I eventually had to retreat to my room ;-)

After a morning coffee, we made our way back to Trat. We had a good breakfast here and then we took the speedboat to Koh Mak.
