#Tag 10 By bike to Starigrad, Jelsa, and Vbroska

Last night we both woke up from an earthquake. Not very strong, but it was shaking.

We have reserved 2 bikes for today and want to visit Tess in Starigrad.

We ride through olive groves, uphill and downhill on gravel roads. Once in Starigrad, we look for Tess and find her quickly. Tess has booked a beautiful apartment right by the harbor for 2 nights before she goes back to Australia the day after tomorrow.

We have a drink together at the harbor before she has to catch the ferry.

Starigrad is again a beautiful, peaceful place with small streets, cute shops, and bars.

After an ice cream, I try the lavender ice cream, which tastes delicious, we cycle towards Jelsa.

We ride through fields, vineyards, vegetable gardens, and olive groves.

In spring, everything is blooming here.

In the middle of nowhere, we suddenly see an airport with a grass runway. Planes actually take off and land here.

First, we reach Vbroska and then ride to Jelsa along the turquoise sea.

We have already been to Jelsa by boat. We go back to Vbroska. Also a quiet and small place without much tourism.

But that is probably also due to the pre-season. In the end, we cycled 30km across the island and earned our dinner.
