#59: A day at the bungalow

Today there is nothing special planned. Since we have to return our scooter this morning, we quickly drive to the 'town' to withdraw some money and do some shopping. We are already greeted by a lizard about one meter long in front of the bungalow, but it quickly disappears. When we arrive in town, we have to drive around a bit to find an ATM with money, but we find one on the third try.

After returning the scooter to Poom, not much happens. We relax in the bungalow, learn about the Order of the Phoenix, have lunch, and monitor our travel expenses. The Euro is performing well against the Baht, gaining around 6% during the trip! Our expenses are overall in the green. Specifically, about 60% is spent on accommodation and food.

In the early evening, we take another walk on our house beach, the Thakhao Beach, and then have dinner. We also book a cool boat tour for Monday and then return home.
