3 countries in one week | Week 20 | 12.02. - 02/18/24

We spent the last 2 days in New Zealand in Christchurch, where we got an Airbnb. There wasn't much to do on Monday, washing and final preparations for the return flight. On Tuesday we went into the city, where I visited a few sights, including the botanical gardens, the Art Gallery and New Regent Street.

On Wednesday we went to Melbourne for a short stop. On the flight I was able to see Mount Cook from above again, very nice in any case.

I spent the night on a wooden bench in the airport. Not very comfortable but it was fine for 5 hours. In the morning we continued to Bali. It's only 5:30 hours from Melbourne. At 32 degrees I had to acclimatize a bit 😂. My guesthouse is in Seminyak, not far from the beach.

I met my friends from the surf school and Septa, the housekeeper, with whom I lived two years ago. Everyone was really happy.

On Friday we went surfing, to the beach and in the evening we went to a few bars in Canggu with the boys. Saturday beach again, surfing and cruising around the island a bit.

On Sunday morning I drove to Uluwatu, in the southeast of the island, to Pedang Pedang Beach. Later we went back to Seminyak for surfing and dinner.
