Verona - short stop

On Tuesday morning, on our way to Venice, we made a short stop in the lovely city of Verona, known for the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet.

Contrary to our expectations, we didn't encounter any conflicts between the Montagues and Capulets, but rather an army of tourists.

However, we really enjoyed it and after a nice walk through the city center and a little stop at a café for an espresso, we headed back to the motorhome to continue our journey.
