This time we were alone in the harbor of the smaller Canary Island of La Palma.
Wonderful sunshine awaited us.
After a few minutes we were in the beautiful city of Santa Cruz and could stroll through the alleys.
There is a beach with black sand near the city, where of course we had to wash our feet in February.
We spent the afternoon on the ship, relaxing on a lounger on deck. Another group went on a trip to the volcano in the afternoon, which was very impressive.
We left La Palma at 6pm sharp and set course for Tenerife. We glided along slowly at 10 knots. The wind refused to let up and kept pushing against the ship from the side. But it was bearable. A slight rocking was noticeable.
In the evening we had to play bingo in the show bar, and a winning round went to our table. We got to take a cup and a rubber duck home with us.
The white party on deck rounded off the evening, but we only stopped by briefly and let the evening end in the bar in the high air.
