The plan was actually to explore Dubrovnik in more detail today. The city is truly worth seeing and has a lot to offer from a historical perspective as well. Some information would definitely have been interesting. But there were no cultural educational activities for today. Dl
The day in the city started and ended on the Plaza with a few beers, in line with the Croatian lifestyle. Holiday atmosphere had broken out in the nicer cafes and restaurants. No idea where all the tourists suddenly came from. Classic city tours also seem to be popular. It was hard to miss a tour group with red caps. This group alone raised the average age by a few decades. With our bikes, börek, and beer, we were honestly not any less conspicuous here in Adriatic Munich, not far from the Montenegrin border.
It was nice to hang out on the Plaza, especially since there was a small supermarket across the street and an excellent börek right next door. Time flew by between the old castle walls. Carefree enough to enjoy the sun but also to get a good sunburn.
Our absence was also a good opportunity for Bürsti and Bronko to get to know each other a little better. From now on, both of them will explore the streets and parking lots together.
Dinner was then on the parking lot, which is slowly starting to feel a bit like a campsite.
