From Schwetzingen to Dieburg

Today we had our first stage over 30. I don't mean in terms of age, as we both have more than double that. Nor is the distance meant, as over 30 is standard here. I mean the outside temperature, which has risen rapidly as announced. Riding in the shade is a pleasure, but not always possible. Accordingly, water consumption was high. The first 50 km remained relatively flat, after that it got tough. It will probably get even tougher in the coming days, we will sweat a lot. But we don't want to complain, we actually wanted to go over the Alps. In our destination Dieburg there was another new aspect. In the hotel we booked, there will be no breakfast tomorrow due to the corona situation. But the bakery in town opens at 7 am...
