Hmmm, how do we report on today? Getting up is mandatory, because without it, the day doesn't start. So we get up. Since David (our host) is sleeping in the living room again, we occupy ourselves with other activities instead of breakfast, such as reading travel guides, shaving, looking for accommodation in Orlando, etc.
A little later, David is also awake, so we make some noise in the kitchen and prepare breakfast (with toast, cereal, tea). We have already packed and found our accommodation for Orlando (Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, ...) and loaded Alfred with our travel material. We say goodbye to the hosts - in the meantime, the actual host and homeowner have returned from their business trip - and drive towards Orlando via Highway 4.
In Tampa - which, by the way, is derived from the Indian word 'Tanpa' for lightning - we make a stop and 'waddle' past the harbor, the Amalie Arena (home stadium of the NHL team Tampa Bay Lightning) and Harbour Island.
After our tour, we continue to Orlando. While Yves covers the distance as the driver, copilot Marco sleeps in the passenger seat. Luckily, the navigation system stays awake.
We soon arrive in Orlando and with all the Disney signs on the highway, we miss the exit to the apartment - meanwhile, Marco is at the wheel. We end up at the gates of Disney World. Luckily, there is an exit after the barrier - haha.
At 5 o'clock, we reach Zack's hut, where we will spend the next 4 days. Our host is a cool, talkative guy. He is helpful and immediately invites us for a beer ;-) He also gives us some tips on the travel program with all the parks in Orlando. We quickly go shopping and then prepare a pizza.
