Second Part - Corsica

We cycle for 11 days in Corsica. The ferry from Marseille arrives in Bastia at 6 am in the morning. From there we head towards Cap Corse. Then the mountain rides begin! We continue to Saint Florent and Calvi.
We enjoy the legendary views of the sea and the mountains. The evening strolls through the pretty villages are good for the tired thighs!
Our stages are short and intense and depend on open campsites.
From Calvi, we drive south along the west coast. In Porto, we take a hiking day to the wild Spelunca Gorge.
Except for the last two days, we have beautiful weather but a lot of wind and cold nights.
On the last stage to Bonifacio, we struggle with rain and extreme wind.
We loved Corsica incredibly, we cycled 489 kilometers and climbed 8700 meters in altitude.
From Bonifacio, we take the ferry to Sardinia.
