It can happen so fast

Almost 3 weeks ago, I arrived in London. Arrived in my beautiful temporary apartment.

And my view is already changing again. Because within the first week, I actually found a room in a shared apartment.

I have been living here for 2 weeks now and I feel really comfortable. My flatmate Eleanor is my age and already working. We have regular movie nights and eat together. Besides Eleanor, Steven also lives here. He is our landlord, but only comes on weekends as he works in Manchester during the week.

The shared apartment is in a semi-detached house with a small garden. My new room is spacious compared to London standards. I have a big bed and enough storage space, like a typical English built-in wardrobe. My room is not completely furnished yet. I still need some more decoration for that. I already have a few ideas. The first step is already done because my boss gave me some houseplants. And plants make everything a bit more cozy. ;)
