23.10.16 | Tag 92| Strandtrip Ilha dos Frades und Itaparica

In order to explore the other islands a little more, we started an island trip to Ilha dos Frades and Itaparica. We headed to the port of Salvador quite early and bought a ticket for 50 Reais, which allowed us to visit the island by boat. During the boat trip, we were entertained by musicians and had the opportunity to buy drinks.

First stop: Ilha dos Frades. A small but beautiful island. We relaxed there in the bright sunshine and enjoyed the beautiful view.

After a few hours, we continued to Itaparica. There we had the opportunity to have a meal. After that, it was pure relaxation again. We were taken to the island in small boats, as the water is too shallow for the large ships.

We arrived back in Salvador in the evening. On the way there, I was able to take some cool photos ;)
