The day
Short stage from Immelborn to Meiningen, the big challenge comes at the end of the tour: in the village the road leads to the campsite with a 15% gradient.
We decide to take a day off and explore Meiningen. The campsite is small but perfectly equipped. Washing machine and dryer, refrigerator for free use, snack/drinks machine and reduced entry for camping guests to the outdoor pool next door.
We have breakfast in town, buy fresh brake pads and enjoy the day.
