In the afternoon, we took a taxi to Jimbaran. The village is located in the southern part of Bali and the beach is said to be one of the most beautiful in Bali and is also very popular with bridal couples. Vanessa and I had to explore everything on our own for the first two days because Padi wasn't feeling well due to his celiac disease. The remaining two days, Padi was also fully recovered and enjoyed Bali.
We chose the Bali Breezz Hotel as our accommodation, which we checked out on site and Padi negotiated a good price. The accommodation was not cheap, but also not easy to find. So, the price-performance ratio was good. We had a great family room by the pool. There were a total of three pools and many seating areas. The beach was reached in 2 minutes. We also had delicious lunch and dinner there.
Except for one exception, the beach was always full of garbage. It was collected and burned daily. Well, we knew that Wet Season = Garbage Season / Dry Season = Tourists Season. We also visited the fish market, but unfortunately, it smelled more like rotten fish.
Just before our departure, we treated ourselves to a massage. Now our week-long vacation in Bali is already over. We've had enough of 'Taxi Taxi, Cheap cheap, food food, drinks drinks, massage massage, buying buying'. Unfortunately, you hear this all day long from the vendors outside of the hotel. In addition, there are many sick dogs. We're looking forward to clean Darwin and buying food that meets hygiene standards. In less than 2 months, we'll be in Thailand, and then it will continue. Asia has its charm and wonderful sides.
