Mekong Delta

From Saigon, we rented a motorbike for two days. A motorbike!!! Finally!

A cute little Honda Win, small but nice, and since you shouldn't drive more than 100 here... cough... just right. Unfortunately, that didn't stop the idiot from crashing into us full-on. What a jerk. Fortunately, neither the bike nor us were hurt, but the first day was a write-off from then on, as we both had minor injuries and were exhausted with nerves. But luckily, no one needed a hospital.

The Mekong Delta south of Saigon is beautifully green and full of plants and animals of all kinds. A boat trip is worth it here! In the waters, the delicious Elephant Ear Fish lives, which was pulled fresh from the water and fried for us. Delicious.
