De Konstanz á Radolfzell

In Constance, you can cycle along the Swiss coast around the Untersee. In mid-May, everything is wonderfully green, the sky clear as polar air (but not so cold) and the cycle paths - still pleasantly empty!

The Untersee looks like a small lake and the closer you get to Stein am Rhein, the closer it gets. In Stein am Rhein is the turning point, from there Lake Constance continues to flow as the Rhine, you drive on the north shore of Germany towards Radolfzell. After many beautiful resorts, you can't really decide which beach to take a break on. You will discover the only drop of bitterness: it is still too cold to swim in mid-May. But for ice cream and sunbathing, you won't find any arguments!

Radolfzell has a good selection of restaurants as a place to stay and a sunset overlooking the water for romantics. The city walls are still partially well preserved and the moat has been transformed into a flourishing park.
