We feel very comfortable here. Our host family is very nice and takes care of us and the Grajaú neighborhood is very peaceful. It is located in the northern zone of Rio de Janeiro at the foot of Bico de Papageio (Parrot's Beak) and is very peaceful. In addition to some schools, shops, sports facilities, and parks, Grajaú also has a lot of nature to offer. That's why we took the opportunity this afternoon to visit Parque Estadual Do Grajaú. The park is very beautiful and offers a variety of plants, animals, rocks, caves, sports equipment, and seating areas as well as a beautiful view. We observed small monkeys, parrots, butterflies, caterpillars, and lizards, admired various plant species and unusual tree growth, climbed rocks, discovered caves, and enjoyed the view in the afternoon sun.
