Morning glory, Bergluft & cute animals

After waking up way too early again this morning, I went outside and was greeted by a wonderful silence. The sun was just rising behind the mountains. It was a very special atmosphere and I was obviously the only one awake at the campsite :)

Kissed awake by the sun, I treated myself to a proper meal. I'm already overloaded with all the fat and sugar here...

Today, I took everything a bit more relaxed. I can feel the efforts of the past weeks today.

Today, I was kindly greeted by 2 little creatures :) Nature is being good to me - not the big ones right away 🐻😅

After crawling through the wonderful forests on the physically demanding but mentally liberating ascent, I was once again fascinated by the view on this mountain. There was a strong wind and I enjoyed this spirit 💨 it even stirred up the little stones on the ground and carried them away.

Afterwards, I was exhausted ;)

Since yesterday, instead of the sweet little family, there is now a couple at the spot who are very strange. I greeted them politely twice and was ignored. Really stupid. I think it's because of the old lady who is probably worried about her husband. 🙄 The couple is around 50, I guess. They always sit with their backs turned towards me so they don't see me 😅 oh man, that's a bit stupid, isn't it?!

Well, they're everywhere ;)

Many, especially young people, seem so empty and controlled. That's strange too.

There are also a few Germans here from time to time. But I prefer not to reveal myself and prefer to listen to what they have to say ;) That way I notice typically German things that just make me smile.

Although I'm very exhausted and somehow very happy. Canadians usually have a nice word for you, they are interested and even if they have a lot to do, they are ready for a small talk with you. They are probably very happy about immigrants 😋

The pace here is completely different. Everyone drives and walks slower. It was the same in the city. Very pleasant. No one pushing at the checkout and above all no unfriendly cashiers.

Even the one at the ticket counter who is asked 100 times where the damn toilet is reacts very calmly and with a smile ;) 

That's it for today. Tomorrow it's supposed to get even warmer, around 27 degrees, so let's see if I do anything big or just let myself be enchanted by the wonderful scent of the trees here and read a book...

I had 2 realizations on my way up today:

1.not every shortcut is faster!

2.With the unconscious, it's sometimes like with thieves: once you know the thief in your house, he can't easily sneak in and steal from you anymore, and if he does, you can immediately hit him on the fingers 😄 so much for becoming conscious. It all happened in the forest 🙂
