New Year's Eve 31.12.2018

Between the years I did a lot with Leonie and her parents and also celebrated New Year's Eve with them. We went to the city in the afternoon and in the evening I went back to Leonie's. We cooked chili con carne together and later ate it. Around 11 o'clock we went to the beach to watch the fireworks. There were some other people on the beach who had the same idea as we did. We found a spot where we could see the skyline well. When it was midnight, we could watch the very beautiful fireworks from the city. Unlike in Germany, there were no fireworks or firecrackers anywhere else and you can't buy fireworks in the supermarket. After the fireworks, we went back to Leonie's house, had some wine and watched a movie.
