Take 4 Skagen

Fux was up very early and was able to watch the boat arrive. We are again on the backboard side and can see the sea side from our cabins, where there are a few ships that are anchored there. The sun greeted us in Skagen, but it shouldn't stay that way.

After a hearty breakfast in the marina on deck 7, we went off the ship and towards Greven, where the Baltic and North Seas meet.

I admit that my mood on a 13 kilometer hike was limited and my fellow travelers had to endure that at times. Because today will be another day with a lot of steps.

But in the end everyone did it and saw a beautiful landscape. When we arrived at the junction of the two seas, two seals were lying around and didn't let themselves be irritated by the many people. A slightly larger specimen was sometimes spotted in the North Sea, but it kept a more than adequate distance from the crazy people.

At 2 p.m. it became rainy and a bit windy, but we were almost back at the ship. After a little refreshment, the kids went into their beloved bathroom and we went for a leisurely coffee. There was a family rally on the ship in the Kids Club today. Katrin and Nadine didn't miss it and brought it for the children, unfortunately without a price. The girls would have been happy about a clubbie, because I've slowly infected the new cruisers with the Aida craze. In the evening we went to the East Restaurant and enjoyed delicious Chinese cuisine. At 9 p.m. it was time to sail away, which was finally my special sailing moment on this huge ship at that time. Fux is happy that there are finally waves, but they are hardly noticeable on the big ship.
