Day 3 Copenhagen

From our berth to the little mermaid it was about 5km through a huge construction site around the Oceankai, which we of course walked.

Past the mermaid, we went towards Amalienbourg where we watched the changing of the guard at 12 o'clock, so the guards arrived by bus.

Nynhavn, the trendy district, is just a few meters away. There is one restaurant next to the other. You can easily pay €7 for an ice cream. Quickly grabbed a postcard and headed towards the subway station. Andi was completely in his element and was allowed to buy the tickets online after reading through Copenhagen's public transport network. We took the subway and then the bus back out to Aida, where we enjoyed a cocktail after a delicious lunch. The women and kids then went for coffee and Clubbie Bingo (we women were more excited about it than the kids), the men then had to go jogging in Copenhagen. Otherwise you can get quite stressed on the ship.

The Aida is long and wide, and it really takes some time before you get your bearings. Yesterday we were at the front of the pool deck when we left at 6 p.m. and were able to enjoy the time we left. We would like to take the “horn” with us and put it in one of our cars to see if it is noticeable.

Yesterday we had dinner in the brewery, which is something some Bavarians can really learn from. The shows in the theater are also more than worth seeing, the kids are thrilled. And so another day goes by with many impressions and experiences and one or two laughs.
