Since there is no morning yoga on Sunday, we decided to explore the small island in front of our hotel.

The path leads past small fishing boats over a narrow isthmus, where the waves meet from both directions 🌊

We reached the top of the island via natural rock stairs, a highland landscape reminiscent of Cornwall and jungle-like passages with palms, vines, and rough terrain.

Since it's the weekend, some locals are camping here and enjoy the solitude - if it weren't for the other 20 campers ⛺️

Arriving at the top of the island, an untouched rock landscape created by nature awaits. Thousands of crabs and mussels have found an idyllic home here 🦀🐚

Our little hike ended after almost 30 minutes, so I took the time to swim a few laps in the saltwater pool while the sun was slowly rising.

The rest of the day was wonderfully relaxed. We enjoyed our treatments and took advantage of the sun rays to improve our complexion. It had rained a lot in the past few days, so today the ladies in particular were barely dressed on the loungers. Our doctor shouldn't see that, as direct sunlight should be avoided from an Ayurvedic point of view ☀️ Sorry, Doctor!

I had my first synchronized massage, where two therapists each massage one side of the body. A wonderful feeling, although the word "synchronized" is probably open to interpretation here 💆🏻‍♀️

In the evening, we already said goodbye to the first member of our "team", as we lovingly call our table group. Each of us received some touching words from him. It's crazy how much you can bond with people who are actually strangers. Well ... not really strangers anymore. After all, we know very well how often the others visited the toilet on cleansing day and when they had the pleasure again afterwards. Typical holiday acquaintances 😊

Dear John, we will miss you!
