The day started again with a great yoga class with Mr. Gap-Tooth Smile, followed by a breakfast of fresh fruits and a soup.

After the first massages, we took a walk to the village. Walks here are a bit adventurous because of the wild dogs. So, one should not only be careful not to be run over by a Tuk Tuk, but also to keep the dogs away. That's why we always carry a stick or, like today, an umbrella. The locals say that the dogs don't do anything, but when three barking dogs are chasing after you, a stick or an umbrella gives you a great feeling🐕

The people here are very friendly. Children come running up to us and excitedly say, "Hello! Have a nice day!"

In the village, there is a small, wonderful boutique with clothing and a souvenir shop, where I even bought a surf shirt. A lady wants to be well-equipped😊

After lunch, I had another typical Panchakarma treatment: Poorna. Two dough rings were stuck around my eyes and then filled with ghee. I was supposed to slowly open my eyes and make some movements with them open. The sight after this treatment was a bit hazy, but it was not at all uncomfortable, as I had feared. For the rest of the day, I should try to see as much green as possible. So, now I have perfect vision👀

The meals are a great time here because we sit at a table with the coolest people. Everyone tells stories from their lives and we laugh so much together. We couldn't be more different and that's what makes it so incredibly exciting. The 7 perfect strangers🧍🏼🧍🏼🧍🏻🧍🏼‍♀️🧍🏻‍♀️🧍🏻‍♀️🧍🏻‍♀️
