We spent the last three days in Liverpool, enjoying the extraordinary weather, people, buildings, and of course the sun with a cool Guinness.
In addition to John Lennon and The Beatles, the city revealed many more impressions than we could capture photographically.
The old and new architecture made the city appear like a cross between Amsterdam and Hamburg - everything united and inviting for many cozy and exciting hours.
Visiting the city of Liverpool should definitely be on the to-do list for planned city trips, or simply replace London.😉
We recommend approaching the city via the "Bach" with the colorful chewing gum boat. The only disadvantage is that the ship only operates until 6:00 pm.
For those traveling with a camper van, there are also parking spaces right on the promenade on the opposite side of the city.
There is also the option of a harbor tour to get an exciting view of the skyline.
Good place for a 34,000 steps march along the beach promenade...
...to the chewing gum boat harbor. Which gave us a ride with a skyline.
Since we came directly from wild camping, the bathtub had to serve for general daily chores... (of course, everything was left to the fullest satisfaction⚓️
