Last Friday, Björn trained with us instead of Corinna, and tried out a few new off-trail paths at short notice. Among other things, we also crossed a more or less frozen river - not very deep, only about 20 meters wide, but a new experience for both me and my lead dogs Stine and Smudge. Steering is not possible, braking is not possible, driving off the track is also not possible - at least not without the risk of breaking through. With some motivating words, Björn then maneuvered all of us over the crackling and cracking ice quite unharmed, only the wheel suspension broke and had to be rewelded at home. Björn is clearly always up for a little adventure ;) On Sunday, we explored the new terrain on foot again and discussed a regular extension of the training route. Monday was quite good weather, a little snow, freezing cold and clear air - time to take some photos :) And a nice opportunity for me to just ride along and enjoy the landscape from the wagon...
