As I drove over the Fehmarn bridge, I noticed a small change. Somehow it was no longer typical German in terms of vegetation, and this triggered a feeling in me, awesome freedom, respectively. Now I have arrived in my travel activity. Since I couldn't kite at the first spot and I was imagining a more luxurious camping where you could stay a while and also have a kitespot, I came across this campsite.

Check-in and everything went pretty smoothly, until the question came up: "How long?" Me: "uhh...hmmm🧐 2-3 days, one week!?" "So you decide spontaneously?" 😁👍 Going well.

Fortunately, everyone still speaks German here 😅🤦‍♂️

I leisurely set up my kingdom, so it felt comfortable for me. Of course, not the best spot, some might think, but I could reach everything on foot in three minutes. I would say, almost perfect but still missing the view, it will come for sure!

The next day everything was perfect, it was "nice" weather with a light shower and the wind came. As I consider myself very addicted to sports, I thought I should start slowly and enjoyed a small first Marc session on my planless journey 😁

The following days were also good and got even better, so I could use smaller kites. Also, it's always nice to see the masses of kiters and surfers on the water. Probably because it's the weekend...

The sessions were getting longer and more frequent, and I finally managed to increase my long-term mark of 5.1m... even if only a little, but I am confident that I will break the 10m mark... sometime 😎🤙

I notice that my body needs a little rest and the wind is slowly calming down, so I decided to visit a lighthouse nearby.

The path led past other spots, which made me a little thirsty. About halfway there, I came across a beer bar and checked how long the walk actually is...
