Brazil Day 16 - Free day in Salvador

On Saturday, the men met for a short rehearsal after breakfast at 10:00 am, and then the whole team gathered for a meeting to discuss the itinerary for the next few days and review the journey so far. After that, we had free time until around 2:00 pm, during which we organized lunch on our own and most of us took the opportunity to explore the city further. A subsequent rehearsal with our partner choir from Salvador and a small orchestra for tomorrow's concert posed a challenge for everyone in the tropical temperatures with high humidity. In the evening, we met for a good dinner in the beautiful old town. There was also a street festival being celebrated, which we visited after dinner and once again tested our dance skills. It definitely gave us a wonderful insight into Brazilian culture!
