We continue to let our minds wander. And the remote, almost deserted beach on Koh Kood is ideal for this. We are very happy that we split our stay on the island so that we could get to know two very different parts.
There wasn't much on the agenda at all. And so we went for a walk on the beach, swinging and eating.
And I would like to mention the food very clearly here. We certainly ate the best Chicken Cashew Nut ever at the Sea Thru Beach Bar.
The Massaman, Penang, sweet & sour and also the garlic breads and sandwiches with homemade bread were also fantastic. We ate our way through the menu for lunch and dinner over two days. The cook is a goddess, the food was heavenly — everything 🤩🤩🤩
So if you happen to be at Ao Phrao on Koh Kood, you should definitely eat there.
Everything else can be found in the pictures, I don't want to beat around the bush for too long.
Our conclusion about Koh Kood: definitely worth a trip and we will definitely come back! It would be an advantage if you ride a scooter, then you can explore the island even better. There are many fantastic beaches without mass tourism here. And you can also live cheaply on Koh Kood - we tested it and it worked wonderfully.
By the way, next we go to Koh Samet. The last stop before Japan 🇯🇵
Ps: it was also laundry day - the travel clothesline was definitely worth buying.
