Grateful & overjoyed - on the way to Koh Chang

I'm lying in bed and suddenly I realize that I didn't publish the report for yesterday morning. Well, then there's yesterday and today together.

Not much happened here yesterday. The day could be summarized under the title “Pool Day”. However, there were several firsts for Kian: egg for breakfast, potato for dinner, and a lap around the pool with his swim ring. All three things brought Kian great joy.

By the way, after the potato he slept through the night for the first time on the trip. Maybe we should give him potatoes every evening now 😅

A lot has happened here today compared to yesterday. And first of all: it was a real DREAM DAY. We took a taxi to visit a few beaches. Klong Koi, Bang Bao Fisherman Village and Lonely Beach.

What can I say: it was so so so beautiful. Kian's second time in the sea at Lonely Beach was wonderful. He enjoyed it so much and was no longer skeptical. By the way, I was here in 2019 and loved it. And it's still incredibly beautiful

We also did sports. We walked the way from Klong Koi Beach to the Fisherman Village... pretty crazy idea, given the gradients here 😂We saw monkeys on the way.

At the end of this outstanding day we went to dinner at the Magic Garden. I discovered this wonderful restaurant together with Anna and Vivi in 2019 and learned to love it. And what can I say: it still tastes just as great!

I don't think I need to say much more about this wonderful day. Just look at the pictures and see how happy Kian looks. My heart swells every time I see him laugh like that.
