... he builds parks. In Onuma, a few hundred years ago, the emperor at that time stopped for a break on his journey. He found the place so beautiful that he had it developed into a park over the years. A few years ago, the park was declared a quasi-national park.

We took the tour of the 18 bridges, which led from one small island to the next. Throughout the tour, we could see the active volcano Komagatake. Mixed with the autumn colors, it was one of the most beautiful places we have ever seen.
