Up and down

The night in the tent was quite good, temperatures were pleasant, there was a light sea breeze. Given our age, we weren't too far from the washhouse. We took everything down again quite early, got something to fill our water bottles, paid for the campsite and got on our bikes.
The weather was quite mixed, cloudy in the morning, thunderstorms and rain, I was lucky and only got a few drops. My komoot friend sent me on a very nice tour today, beautiful scenery but strenuous, hardly any cars. Uphill to start with, then alternating up and down. Once the gradient is 10% with a total weight of around 140kg (bike, luggage and me) it's over. At the end of the tour there were many kilometers downhill to the ferry station from Trpanj to Ploce.
I completely drained the battery of my cell phone and power bank today. Good thing I have a card with me, if you only rely on your cell phone you're lost.

There are warnings of strong winds, so I'm not going to put up a tent today... I have an apartment north of Ploce, and tomorrow I'm going on to the island of Hvar.
