It goes to the upper edge of the south side of the valley - edge in the true sense of the word (the right side in the first picture).
We make a trail and visit the following viewpoints:
Sentinental Dome, Glacier Point, Taft Point.
Sentinental Dome must be climbed easily, it is windy, but you can see El Capitan very well.
Glacier Point can be reached by car, so there are many people there and it is touristy. Nevertheless, you can find a nice spot off the beaten path. Great view of Half Dome and Nevada Fall.
At Taft Point, the edge comes - and climbers stretch long slacklines over small canyons. Without lunch, I feel neither psychologically nor physically capable of doing this - ambition would want to.
My company continues on their travel route after the day - I stay a little longer.
