The time in Split has been the highlight of my trip so far. Here I met so many amazing, positive, interesting people and the city has fascinated me from the beginning. As a result, I didn't have much time to regularly post an update. ;) That's why this time I will summarize my days in Split in a single post and let the pictures speak for themselves. :)
Viewpoint in Split
On the 2nd day in Split, I walked to the highest viewpoint in Marjan Park with Sunil from London. Despite the fact that the setting sun was partially covered by a few trees, the view was amazing. We stayed there until after sunset because we met Cody, an American, whom Sunil was traveling with in Dubrovnik.
Krka Waterfalls
On September 22nd, we took a bus to Skradin, a small old town about 1 hour away from Split, and then took a boat to Krka National Park. We were a great group of Couchsurfers, Imane, Sunil, Eugen, Cody, and me. After a tour of the beautiful national park with many waterfalls, we had the chance to swim in fresh, cool water, which was a nice change from the salty seawater. Cody had a GoPro with him, so pictures from the water will follow :)
