Helloooo and good evening🙋🏼♀️
We two sweethearts got out of bed and had breakfast at half past 6 this morning. We took a sleeper bus for 4 hours, it must be said that it was only 140 km🤦🏽♀️. From Hue to Hoi An.
In Hue, we had the feeling for the first time that we weren't completely overwhelmed. This could have been because there were only half as many people there, fewer scooters, and above all less noise. Nevertheless, three nights there were really enough, we also took a day off yesterday. Too much information, impressions, and heat in the last 30 days🙋🏼♀️😂
Well, the bus ride this morning was okay.
We arrived in Hoi An at around 12:45 pm, and on the way there, along the coast, our pulse (yes - we already have one together 😂) slowly rose...
SUN, BEACH, SEA!!!!!
As soon as we got off the bus, Lara already caught a taxi driver and haggled him down. We can haggle by now 💸
And omg- this driver was so funny. I don't know if we've ever laughed so much in a taxi. After he fooled us three times, we just did the same thing to him. And he just didn't get it. Probably his brain is too slow - maybe that's why he's a taxi driver 😂 in any case, he wanted to be such a cool guy that he first sat down and fell - OOPS. Karma doesn't forget 😛
But he safely brought us to our destination. Once we got off, our trash bags were taken away from us and immediately carried away - we're not used to so much luxury.
One minute later we already had a drink in our hands and were immediately instructed in Hoi An. We don't want to say anything- bbbbuuuuuutttt.
33 degrees - pool right outside the door - sandy beach and sea 2 minutes away.......
Huge room 😛 and as a thank you, we received a Vietnamese lunch with all the visitors here🙋🏼♀️😍
But of course- who can do it, deserves it 😛
Then we jumped into the sea - even that is so pleasantly warm - that both of us went in - without sucking in our bellies 😂😂😂
Then we treated ourselves to an iced coffee to recover from the shock and an hour later, Flo, from Munich, joined us sweeties. Of course, beer for the ladies first💁🏽♀️
After two hours, with a heavy heart, we left the sea and showered and got ready.
Off to the city😛
With two bikes in the darkness- very exciting😂 but we arrived.
And then we met our two gay friends😍 they've been here for four days already and know their way around.
First we ate, then cake and walked through the city.
It's just incredible - lanterns everywhere (that's what the city is known for), lights, boats, and food.
A dream.
Tomorrow morning we have a bike tour - through a few villages, rice fields, etc... we will tell youuuu
So party bitches - we wish you a warm day in the snow and we'll enjoy beer by the pool until then - 11 pm and 28 degrees😛😛🤭
