Day 8 - Made some progress and arrived at the Loire

Rode from Callei to Le Ponts de Ce near Anger in one go to cover some distance.

Camping-app.eu initially led us astray and directed us to a closed campsite, but the nice owner redirected us and we arrived just in time at the Slow Village Loire Valleé. The super nice caretaker led us to a very green and comfortable spot without all the formalities. Since most French people speak even less English than we do, communication with hand gestures and a few bits of French (Greta) is no problem and usually leads to some fun. So far, we have only had friendly encounters at the French campsites and are almost convinced that camping in France is good and affordable. Water and electricity always included. A nice family from Switzerland also explained the clothes dryer to us, and now we continue our adventure.
