A sorceress, a dinghy, and amateur surfers

We flew from Moorea to Raiatea where our catamaran was docked. Then we set sail. First, we went to the lagoon of Tahaa (Taha'a) and the next day we had a loooong journey to Huahine (Hua'hine). It took about five hours. We all got a severe sunburn there.

The waves were splashing onto the rooftop lounge and everyone, except me, felt nauseous.
Then we had a calm day. We have two kayaks, two stand-up paddleboards (SUP), and a dinghy (a tiny motorboat) on board. We tied one SUP to the dinghy and let it tow us. So now we're amateur surfers😉😊. The day before yesterday, we sailed back to Tahaa with not so many waves. We snorkeled in a coral garden that was so shallow that we had to lie on top, otherwise we would have hurt ourselves on the corals. There was a current so we didn't have to swim much. Yesterday, we sailed further to Bora Bora. Tomorrow we will disembark directly at the hotel dock.

We have a chef and a skipper on board. The chef is not actually a chef but a sorceress, because what she conjures up for us on the table... even a Michelin-starred chef couldn't do better😉. One time we ate at 'bloody marys' in Bora Bora. It has been visited by many celebrities.
One time we also saw dolphins. We fish every day but have never caught anything☹. So far, the catamaran is my personal highlight of this trip. Let's wait and see, because the last days of our trip will surely be great.
