4th day and still in Bangkok

Since I was very stressed the last few days because of this whole overstay issue, I finally slept longer today and had a leisurely breakfast...

After that, I took a Tuk Tuk to Khao San Road.... Tuk Tuks are still much more expensive than a taxi, even after tough negotiations, and personally, I could have done without it.... But I wanted to at least try it out... My conclusion: way too expensive, unfriendly, and drove like a maniac (I had to hold on tight to not fall out)... The overtaking maneuvers were also not to be underestimated... Well... Now I know that I don't need that...

After wandering around a bit, I took the boat back for 50 baht (around 1.25€)... I already did that yesterday. It's a bit like taking a ferry on the Elbe river. You see a lot and the wind is very pleasant...

On the way back, I also visited Rivercity Bangkok (a fancy shopping mall)... They have a cinema in this shopping mall that recently showed Soul Kitchen (funny)...

I spent the afternoon at the pool, which you usually have all to yourself here, and swam a few laps... Now I just came back from dinner. I went to Harmonique, just like the first evening. Tomorrow I will visit Wat Pho.

Now I'm sitting on the bed and drinking Singha... I had a great day!!!
