We didn't want to drive far to Donegal and looked for something suitable on a small peninsula called St. Johns Point in Donegal Bay. Of course, right on the beach, where a local kindly made room because my spaceship didn't fit on the flat gravel surface.
Since it was raining, we passed the time by eating, drinking, and watching the locals swim. Also entertaining
The weather was better the next morning for a few hours and we went to St John Point Lighthouse
and looked at the rugged coast there.
