Triglav National Park

Today we drove through Triglav National Park. Great roads and great nature. Everything was included from well-built country roads to extremely narrow and steep poor roads and also some gravel roads.

Garmin showed me a lot of nonsense again, so sometimes we had to turn around in narrowest spaces because we ended up on some farms, much to the delight of the farm dogs.

Almost the whole tour was beautiful sunshine and temperatures up to 32 degrees.

After leaving the national park, the climate zone seemed to change to a Mediterranean climate. It was also clearly visible in the vegetation.

Then around 4:00 pm we arrived at a nice little campsite. Obviously a hot spot for paragliders. They could land almost right in front of their tents.

Heavy thunderstorms are predicted for tonight. I hope we will be spared......
