I had read on the internet that there were remains of an ancient pyramid to visit. And since this was recommended to me at the hotel and I still had time to check in, I walked there. There was no queue, the price is completely humane (about 4€ for a normal ticket). You are not allowed to move alone, you always automatically book a tour, either in English or Spanish. Our tour guide was very competent and we still had enough time to take photos. It lasted a little over an hour and a lot was explained. The excavations are not yet finished, they are still ongoing. All in all, I can recommend it without reservation, although you do need a little bit of fitness for the visit, as it goes uphill and downhill several times. The sun was so extreme that I even preferred the shade at times. I didn't want to get sunburned on the first day. I left my sunscreen and glasses in the large suitcase at the hotel. Afterwards I drank an iced Americano and looked at what I was going to do in the next few days.
