Does everyone actually read my blog? But now there's something really interesting to read about Terminal21 Bangkok! Here you go:
Here, the whole world is under one roof! When you enter the Terminal 21 Shopping Center in Bangkok, you are immediately transported to different countries. The nine-story shopping center on Sukumvit Road opened in October 2011, and each floor is designed to resemble famous shopping streets from around the world. The entire shopping center resembles a modern airport: the curved glass facade, the display boards, and the uniforms of the staff at the information desk transport guests into the world of a 21st century airport.
Ready for an island getaway? No problem! An entire floor is designed to resemble a Caribbean town, complete with a lighthouse, a beach, and an anchor. There is a supermarket and several fast food restaurants located there as well. Take the escalator directly to Rome - where marble statues, paintings, and sculptures create the perfect ambiance for numerous luxury boutiques.
But that's not all! One whole floor is dedicated to the Champs-Élysées in Paris, with miniature versions of the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe; another floor features red telephone booths, double-decker buses, and a model of the Tower Bridge, reminiscent of London and the popular Oxford Street shopping district. There is also a souk in Istanbul, Chinatown in San Francisco, and a mini version of Hollywood recreated in the Terminal 21 Shopping Center in Bangkok.
The city concept is followed down to the smallest detail: the facades of the shops are reminiscent of the typical architecture of each country, even the toilets are themed. The toilets in the Caribbean area feature huge seafaring paintings and a mirror in the shape of a ship's wheel, while in the Roman toilets, lion heads spout water into the sinks. The toilets on the London floor resemble a London Underground station, complete with "Underground" signs and "Mind the gap" signage on the floor. Additionally, the toilets are equipped with various technical features - illustrated instructions explain the many buttons and settings for Europeans.
In total, the Terminal 21 Shopping Center in Bangkok houses around 600 shops, 50 restaurants, a fitness studio, and a multiplex cinema with 3-D technology. In addition to numerous local labels, the Terminal 21 Shopping Center in Bangkok also features stores from international top brands and luxury designers. The range of products extends from accessories to toothpaste. The food court also offers a huge selection, with international delicacies to suit every taste.
The Terminal 21 Shopping Center in Bangkok not only connects the whole world under one roof - it also offers nearly endless shopping pleasure. Another plus point: if you bring your passport and register at the information desk, you will receive free Wi-Fi access. A visit to the Terminal 21 Shopping Center in Bangkok is a highlight of any trip to Thailand. The creative and unique environment captivates even the most reluctant shoppers. Where else can you travel around the world without boarding a plane? After shopping, you can relax in the food court or one of the cinemas.
