12|10|18, Hot Water Beach

Hello guys,

due to very bad weather in the morning, this one was very relaxed!

Breakfast in the car, surfing on my phone and already planning the next days.

We also went to a café where I could drink really good coffee again for a long time.

I rarely enjoyed drinking coffee as much as this time!

After killing some time while waiting for the tide to go down.

Our destination for the day was the 'Hot Water Beach'.

A beach where you can dig a hole in the sand with a shovel, from which, if you're lucky, hot water flows.

So, we rented a shovel and started digging.

Since I had read a bit about where the best spots for digging are, we soon found a good spot.

So, we dug a big hole and created our own personal pool.

At some spots, it was as hot as 64 degrees, which often made it too hot to swim.

Together with many other tourists and locals, we sat by the sea in our self-created warm pool.

The fun ended when the water came back and flooded our pool.

The only downside to the action was that we had sand everywhere afterwards.

Outside the pools, it was also extremely cold, so we decided to quickly get back to the car and drive to a campground with a warm shower!

Since I was really freezing, the warm shower was a real highlight!

Now we just had a quick meal and are now lying in bed!

The sea air makes you really tired..
